| The mission of Jet Multimedia is very simple :
to bring to all the companies and organizations solutions
best adapted to their need for communication on line.

| Jet Multimedia group, born in 1989 of the minitel market,
is from now the first French operator of services in multi-media
line. Its specificity resides in particular in alliance
of a technological expertise of foreground and of recognized
marketing sensitivity. The activities of the group were
diversified considerably, they cover from now the whole
cycle of life of an interactive service on line project
: consulting, design, realization, hosting and promotion.
The activity of Jet Multimédia is very various about on
line technologies : Internet, WAP mobiles services, Audiotex
phones services ,Micro Kiosque, and offers to its clients
a total cover. |
| In order to benefit best from its position, the group
from now on is organized around 3 poles : |
| - development and on line services hosting with Jet
Multimedia Hosting, |
| - consulting in communication and advertising control
offline and online with Jet Media |
| - incubation of start-up Internet with Jet Venture |
| Jet Multimedia is thus structured to continue during
years to come a strong and profitable growth based on
clients diversified and composed more and more of large
accounts. |

The WAP, which allows access to interactive services
from mobile telephones, will constitute for Jet Multimedia
a significant relay of growth. On this new market, synthesis
of the Internet, Minitel and Audiotel, in rapid development,
the group profits from decisive assets thanks to its
experiment and its technical know-how.

| Jet Multimedia has a complete range of hosted
contents on its servers, for its own account or the account
of its clients. The WAP will be for our clients a new
vector of marketing and valorization. |
Our ambition remains unchanged: to make Jet Multimedia,
from now on leader in France, one of the major actors
of the online in Europe.
