9. If a client has 2 domain name, how can we have only one user with 2 accounts ?

So as to get one user with 2 bal in 2 different domains, you have to :

1/ Select the client or connect you with his User

2/ Select the first domain ( toto.com)

3/ Create The user (Jean Dupond)

4/ Create the first mailbox (jean.dupond@toto.com)

5/ Select the second domain (titi.com)

6 / Select the user (Jean Dupond)

7/ Create the second mailbox (jean.dupond@titi.com)

If he wants to read only one box, he justs have to make a forward in any other box. Creating an alias is a great idea too. Avantage: its easier to manage and avoid the creation of a mailbox on the mail server .Disadvantage : it can't share messages coming from one box or another ( That can be usefull) .
